1. IGF-1 Standards (lyophilized): 6 vials, labeled A-F, containing concentrations of approximately 0-8-30-100-300-1000 ng/mL (1.1-130 nmol/L) of IGF I in a protein-based (BSA) buffer.\n2. Anti-IGF-1 [I-125] Reagent (red): 1 bottle, 22 mL, containing <370 kBq of I-125-labeled anti-IGF-1 in a protein-based (BSA) buffer.\n3. Anti-IGF-1 Coated Tubes (metallic light green rim): 100 tubes with Anti-IGF-1 immunoglobulin immobilized to the inside walf for each tube.\n4. Sample Diluent: 1 bottle, 105 mL, containing sample buffer.\n5. Wash Concentrate B 25X: 1 bottle, 60 mL, containing buffer with a non-ionic detergent.\n6. IGF-1 Controls (Lyophilized): 2 vials, Level I and Level II, containing low and high concentrations of IGF-1 in a protein-based (BSA) buffer.\n
