1. Streptavidin Coated Tubes: two boxes. Each carton box contains 60 tubes. Each tube is coated with Streptavidin.2. Anti-Free T4 Bridge Tracer: 1 vial. Containing a monoclonal (mouse) antibody to T4 labeled with 125 iodine in Hepes buffer with bovine serum albumin and sodium azide as a preservative 0.09% w/v. Maximum radioativity<296 kBq/vial.3. Free T4 Bridge Calibrators: 1 set. 2.0 ml per vial, containing: 0-2-5-10-20-60 pg/ml FT4 in human serum with sodium azide as a preservative 0.09% w/v.4. Free T4 Conjugate: 2 vials. Each vial containing T4 labeled with Biotin in Tris buffer with bovine proteins and sodium azide as preservative 0.09% w/v.5. Wash Solution: 1 vial.
