適應症

本產品為體外反轉錄聚合酶連鎖反應(RT-PCR)分析，用於定量HIV-1感染個體之人類血漿中的人類免疫不全病毒第1型(Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1，HIV-1)。本產品用於結合臨床表現和其他實驗室標記以作為疾病預後的指標，以及用於透過測量血漿HIV-1 RNA濃度變化來輔助評估抗反轉錄病毒治療的病毒反應。本產品不可作為HIV-1篩檢測試，或作為確認是否存在HIV-1感染的診斷測試使用。
