本產品用於在ARCHITECT i 系統上，以化學冷光微粒免疫分析法(CMIA)定量檢測人類血清及血漿中的甲狀腺過氧化酶 lgG型自體抗體(IgG class of thyroid peroxidase autoantibodies，anti-TPO)。

Preservative：antimicrobial agents.\nCONJUGATE：1 or 4 Bottles (5.9 mL) Anti-human IgG acridinium labeled conjugate in MES buffer with protein stabilizer. Preservative：antimicrobial agents.\nAssay DILUENT：1 or 4 Bottles (10.0 mL) Assay Diluent in MES buffer. Preservative：antimicrobial agents.\n6 Bottles (4.0 mL each) of calicrators yield the following concentrations：0.0, 5.0, 20.0, 62.5, 250.0 and 1000.0 IU/mL.\n2 Bottles (4.0 mL each) of controls (0.50 and 75 IU/mL) contain human plasma in phosphate buffer with protein stabilizers. \n
