The calibrator concentrations(ng/mL) are refereced to standard preparations containing highly purified 25 OH Vitamin D. 1.Magnetic Particles 2.4mL：Magnetic particles coated with antibody 25 OH Vitamin D, protein, phosphate buffer, ＜0.1% Sodium Azide. 4.Calibrator 1 1.0mL：Human serum, Tris buffer, ＜0.1% sodium azide and 25 OH Vitamin D.
