NOVACLONE Anti-E(RH3) Human Monoclonal IgM Rh Typing Reagents are prepared from human monoclonal IgM antibodies derived from murine-human hybridoma cell lines and derived from the cell line F561 1B11 2F6-4. The diluent used for these low protein reagents contains sodium chloride, bovine serum albumin, a buffer and other selected components to enhance the performance of the reagent. Sodium azide, at a final concentration of 0.1%, is added as an antimicrobial agent.
