禮亞尚睪固酮檢測試劑使用直接競爭化學冷光免疫分析(CLIA)技術以定量檢測人體血清或血漿檢體中之睪固酮。此檢測試劑用於體外診斷使用。

1.Magnetic Particles (2.3mL): Magnetic particles coated with mouse MAb against testosterone, phosphate buffer, goat immunoglobulin and 0.1% Proclin 300.\n2.Conjugate (12mL): Testosterone conjugated to an isoluminol derivative, in phosphate buffer with surfactant, BSA and < 0.1% Sodium Azide. 5.Calibrator2 (2.0mL): Hormone free human serum, 0.1% Proclin 300 and testosterone.\n6.Control: 4 vials (3.5mL), testosterone in human serum with Proclin 300 as a preservative. 3.Assay Buffer (12mL): phosphate buffer with surfactant, BSA and < 0.1% Sodium Azide.\n4.Calibratorl (2.0mL): Hormone free human serum, 0.1% Proclin 300 and testosterone.
