適應症

T-SPOT. TB是一種體外診斷檢測法，蒐集於檸檬酸鈉、鈉或鋰肝素抗凝血劑之人類全血檢體，藉由捕捉在T細胞附近的γ干擾素，檢測“效應T細胞”受結核分枝桿菌抗原ESAT-6與CFP-10刺激而起的反應，可應用在輔助結核分枝桿菌感染的診斷。
