- 1. Latex reagent: consisting of monospecific antibody coated onto polystyrene latex. Preservative: 0.05% ProclinTM*.\n2. Standard and controls: these consist of human sera that contain polyclonal kappa free light chain. They are supplied in a stabilised liquid form and contain 0.099% sodium azide, 0.1% E-amino-n-caproic acid (EACA) and 0.01% benzamidine as preservatives.\n3. Supplementary reagent: containing 0.099% sodium azide as a preservative.
