HBsAg ReadyPack includes :\n(1)Solid Phase 21.0 ml containing Strptavidin-coated magnetic latex particles in buffer with bovine serum albumin, goat serum, surfactant, sodium azide(<0.1%) and preservatives.\n(2)Ancillary Reagent 5.0 ml containing choline reagent (~69.8mg/ml) and non-magnetic latex particles in buffer with sodium azide(<0.1%).\n(3)Lite Reagent 24.0 ml containing biotinnylated monclonal mouse anti-HBsAg Ab (~1.0μg/ml) and acridinium ester-labeled monoclonal mouse anti-HBsAg Ab (~1.0μg/ml) in buffer with bovine serum albumin, bovine gamma globulin, goat serum, mouse IgG, surfactant, sodium azide(<0.1%) and preservatives.\n(4)HBsAg calibrator vials: 2.5 ml/vial processed human plasma negative and positive for HBsAg with preservatives.\nHBsAg quality control material containing 10.0 ml/vial processed human plasma negative and positive for HBsAg with preservatives.
