HBc IgM Readypack includes :\n(1)Lite Reagent 9.5 ml containing recombinant hepatitis B core antigen (~0.370 mg/ml) combined with acridinium ester labeled monoclonal mouse anti-HBc (~0.037 mg/ml ) in buffer with bovine serum albumin, surfactant,sodium azide(<0.l%), and surfactant.\n(2) Solid Phase 25.0 ml containing Sheptavidin coated paramagnetic microparticles in buffer with bovine serum\nalbumin, surfactant, sodium azide(<0.l%), and preservatives.\n(3) Ancillary Reagent 20.0 ml containing biotinylated monoclonal mouse anti-human IgM (~0.375 mg/ml) in\nbuffer with bovine serum albumin, mouse IgG surfactant, sodium azide(<0.l%) and surfactant.\n(4) HBc IgM calibrator vials: 2.0 ml/vial processed human plasma positive for IgM antibodies to HBc antigen with preservatives.\nHBc IgM quality control material containing 7.0 ml/vial processed human plasma negative and positive for IgM antibodies to HBc antigen with preservatives.
