&#8226; ReadyPack includes :\n(1) Lite Reagent 6.0 ml containing bovine serum albumin conjugated to monoclonal ati-TSH labeled with acridinium ester in HEPES buffered saline, mouse IgG, BSA, goat serum, surfactant and preservatives.\n(2) Solid Phase 21.0 ml containing anti-fluorescein monoclonal antibody covalently linked to paramagnetic particles (PMP) (~85 μg/ml) in HEPES buffered saline, BSA, goat serum, surfactant, and preservatives.\n(3) Ancillary Reagent 6.0 ml containing FITC conjugated to monoclonal anti-TSH (~3 μg/ml) in HEPES buffered saline, BSA, goat serum, surfactant, and preservatives. \n(4) Calibrator vials 2.0 ml/vial containing low and high levels of TSH in HEPES buffered equine serum with sodium azide (<0.1%) and preservatives. \n
