Herpes I & II IgG Bead Pack: 200 beads, coated with HSV type I antigen (strain MacIntyre) and HSV type II antigen (G strain) (both antigens are partially purified, from infected cell lysates). \n\nHerpes I & II IgG Reagent Wedge: 11.5 mL buffer solution. 11.5 mL alkaline phosphatase (bovine calf intestine) conjugated to anti-human IgG antibody in buffer. \n\nHerpes I & II IgG Adjustor: 4 mL of human serum with IgG reactive to HSV I & II, in buffer, with preservative. \n\nHerpes I & II IgG Controls:\nNegative Control: 2.0 mL negative control containing human serum with IgG nonreactive to HSV I and II, with preservative. \nPositive Control: 2.0 mL positive control containing human serum with IgG reactive to HSV I and II, with preservative. \n\nIgG/IgM Sample Diluent: 55 mL concentrated (ready-to-use) nonhuman protein/buffer matrix, with preservative. \n
