Calibrator 1 : Human steroid-free serum containing low levels of DHEA-S, preservatives, an inert red dye. The calibrator concentrations (μg/dL) are referenced to an in-house DHEA-S standard preparation. 3. Calibrator 2 0.8mL: Human steroid-free serum containing low levels of DHEA-S, preservatives, an inert red dye. The calibrator concentrations (μg/dL) are referenced to an in-house DHEA-S standard preparation. 4.
