- 1. Latex reagent: Consisting of polyclonal monospecific sheep antibody coated onto polystyrene latex. Preservative: 0.05% ProClin TM★, 0.1% E-amino-n-caproic acid (EACA) and 0.01% benzamidine.\n2. Calibrator and controls: These consist of human sera that contain polyclonal kappa free light chain. They are supplied in a stabilized liquid form and contain 0.099% sodium azide, 0.1% EACA and 0.01% benzamidine as preservatives.\n3. Supplementary reagent: Containing 0.099% sodium azide as a preservative.\n
